Global reach, local delivery
One business.
Every market.
Built differently.
KRB is building the IT partner the world doesn't have yet — genuinely local in every market it enters, run as one business on one platform. Not companies stitched together. One standard, everywhere. UK now, expanding across EMEA and beyond.
The Story
I didn't inherit this.
I built it — to connect people.
I'm of English, Caribbean and African heritage — I grew up belonging to more than one world at once. It taught me early that talent and ambition aren't confined to one place, but access to technology too often is. That belief is why KRB exists.
I came into the IT channel as an apprentice and spent nearly a decade learning it from the ground up — rising from apprentice account manager to corporate account manager across several respected channel businesses. They had real strengths. They also had the same recurring failures: slow, opaque processes; fragmented systems; whole markets treated as second-tier because of the flag on the invoice.
KRB is the answer I wanted to build from scratch — a technology partner that's genuinely local in every market it enters and run as one business, so a company in Nairobi or Casablanca gets the same standard, the same platform and the same transparency as one in London. Technology should bring the world together. So that's what I'm building.

Why I built KRB.
The journey
I joined the IT channel as an apprentice and have worked every rung since: account manager, development manager, sales manager, senior account director. Eight years of seeing how technology really gets bought, and who gets left behind when it does.
What I am building
KRB is how I put that right. One platform and one standard of service, so a customer gets the same care wherever they are, delivered by local people and local partners in every market we enter.
The culture I want
I want KRB to be a place that works hard and enjoys the work: high standards, high energy, and time to celebrate what we achieve together. Long tenure is the goal. When people stay, clients keep the same single point of contact as they grow, and we build a culture that serves our clients and our people alike.
How I see the world
Technology should connect people, not widen the gap between them. We should adapt to the markets we enter, not expect them to adapt to us, and leave each one better for us being there through the KRB Foundation.
Where We Are Going
Global reach.
Local delivery.
No compromises.
Most global VARs grow by acquiring businesses and stapling them together. The result is fragmentation — different systems, different cultures, different standards depending on where you are. KRB is the opposite: one business, entering each market with genuine local investment, held to the same standard everywhere and kept joined-up by one platform — KRB One.
A win in any market is a win for the entire business. We move as one.
UK now, expanding across EMEA and beyond — the markets below are our Year 1–2 targets, not a claim of offices today.

USAHow We Operate
The 6 Business Pillars
These are not aspirations. They are the principles every decision at KRB is measured against.
Client First
Everything KRB does starts with the client. We built this model to eliminate the IOR costs and VAT penalties that global enterprises face when their VAR has no local presence. But client-first extends further — it means giving local businesses in every market we enter the same access to tier-one IT infrastructure that businesses in major markets take for granted.
Local Presence. Real Investment.
Every KRB entity is a genuine investment in its market. Local people, local distributor relationships, local regulatory knowledge, and local VAT compliance. When we enter Morocco, Kenya, or the UAE, we contribute to that economy. We hire locally, we partner locally, and we build for the long term — not just to open a registration number. We adapt to the markets we enter; we never expect them to adapt to us.
High Standards, Every Market
We bring the high standards of KRB to every market we operate in. The service quality, compliance rigour and client experience you get from us in London are what you get in Casablanca or Nairobi. How we deliver adapts to each market. The standard we hold ourselves to never does.
Commercial Transparency
Clients see exactly what they are buying, what it costs, and what they save — in KRB One, in real time. No hidden costs, no ambiguity. Transparency is not just an ethical position — it is the most powerful commercial argument we have, and it is built into every quote, every order, every conversation.
Collective Victory
No entity competes with another. A relationship built in the UK can be served in the UAE. An opportunity in Kenya can be fulfilled in the Netherlands. Revenue, knowledge, and client relationships flow freely across the group. A win in any market is a win for the entire business. We move as one — connecting people through technology, wherever they are.
Giving Back: the KRB Foundation
Every region we enter should be better for us being there. The KRB Foundation is KRB's charitable arm: it donates to every region we operate in, chosen with local people and reported openly. Each region's focus is set with the people who live and work there, so the giving is relevant to what that community actually needs.
What We Deliver
More than a box-shifter.
A delivery partner.
KRB doesn't just supply the hardware and licensing — we scope, plan and deliver the projects behind them. From a single-site refresh to a multi-region rollout, we take responsibility for the outcome, not just the invoice.
Datacentre & Infrastructure
Datacentre moves, consolidations and refreshes — compute, storage, virtualisation and backup, planned and migrated with minimal disruption.
Cloud & Migration
Azure and hybrid-cloud migrations, workload assessment and landing-zone design, moving you off ageing kit at your own pace.
Networking & Connectivity
LAN/WAN and SD-WAN refreshes, switching, wireless and secure connectivity across single or multiple sites.
Cyber Security
Firewall, endpoint and identity uplifts — from a targeted fix to a full posture review and roll-out.
Modern Workplace
Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune and endpoint rollouts that get your people productive on one managed standard.
Managed Services
Ongoing support, monitoring and third-party datacentre cover — so the project you deliver keeps delivering.
How We Scope
Every transformation follows the same disciplined path.
Discover
We map your estate, constraints and goals — what you have, what it costs, and where it hurts.
Design
A clear scope, bill of materials and delivery plan, priced transparently with no hidden margin.
Deliver
Procurement, staging, migration and implementation — managed to the timeline we agreed.
Adopt & Support
Handover, adoption and optional managed support, so the change actually sticks.
We are building this in plain sight.
